8f5b6299bc serial: lpuart: support uclass clk api
Modify most APIs to use udevice as the first parameter, then
it will be easy to get the clk reference by using udevice pointer.
Use uclass api to get lpuart clk when CONFIG_CLK is enabled.

126f884903 serial_lpuart: Update lpuart driver to support i.MX8
Add i.MX8 compatible string and cpu type support to lpuart driver,
to use little endian 32 bits configurations.

Also, according to RM, the Receive FIFO Enable (RXFE) field in LPUART
FIFO register is bit 3, so this definition should change to 0x08
(not 0x40) for i.MX8, otherwise the Receive FIFO is not disabled.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

da409ccc4a dm: core: Replace of_offset with accessor (part 2)
At present devices use a simple integer offset to record the device tree
node associated with the device. In preparation for supporting a live
device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to
access this field through an inline function.

a821c4af79 dm: Rename dev_addr..() functions
These support the flat device tree. We want to use the dev_read_..()
prefix for functions that support both flat tree and live tree. So rename
the existing functions to avoid confusion.

In the end we will have:

   1. dev_read_addr...() - works on devices, supports flat/live tree
   2. devfdt_get_addr...() - current functions, flat tree only
   3. of_get_address() etc. - new functions, live tree only

All drivers will be written to use 1. That function will in turn call
either 2 or 3 depending on whether the flat or live tree is in use.

Note this involves changing some dead code - the imx_lpi2c.c file.

Drop CONFIG_LPUART_32B_REG.
Move the register structure to a common file include/fsl_lpuart.h
Define lpuart_serial_platdata structure which includes the reg base and flags.
For 32Bit register access, use lpuart_read32/lpuart_write32 which handles
big/little endian.
For 8Bit register access, still use the orignal code.

89e69fd4a9 arm: vf610: lpuart: disable FIFO on initializaton
UART does not use the UART FIFO, but we should also not rely that
the UART FIFO is diabled by default. For instance, when loading
U-Boot using the boot ROMs serial downloader protocol over UART,
FIFO is enabled at U-Boot start time.

This patch disables the RX and TX FIFO, sets back their thresholds
and flushes them.

a3db78d887 arm: vf610: lpuart: fix status register handling
The status register 1 (S1) is not writeable, hence we should not
write it. In order to clear the RDRF flag we only need to read
the data register.

Also, when stressing U-Boot a lot with serial input, an overflow can
occur which asserts the S1_OR flag (while not asserting the S1_RDRF
flag). To clear this flag we again just need to read the data
register, hence add this flag to the abort conditions for the while
loop.

Insert a compiler barrier to make sure reading the data register
gets executed after reading the status register.
