92b50ffef9 cmc_pu2: get mac address from environment 
The environment is the canonical storage location of the mac address, so
we're killing off the global data location and moving everything to
querying the env directly.

Also rename load_sernum_ethaddr() to misc_init_r() so we don't need to
handle this board specially in common ARM code.

480ed1dea1 use correct at91rm9200 register name 
This fixes a naming bug for at91rm9200 lowlevel init code:
NOR boot flash is on chipselect 0, not chipselect 2.  This
makes code use the register name from chip datasheets.

80ff4f99b8 include/configs/[a-e]*: Cleanup BOOTP and lingering CFG_CMD_*. 
Explicitly add in default CONFIG_BOOTP_* options where cmd_confdefs.h
used to be included but CONFIG_BOOTP_MASK was not defined.

Remove lingering references to CFG_CMD_* symbols.
