e11ef3d26e ARM: rockchip: Add rv1108-elgin-r1 board support 
Add the initial support for Elgin R1 board, which is based on the
RV1108 SoC and has the following features currently supported in
U-Boot:

- UART
- eMMC
- USB

2d1951fec6 rockchip: Add basic support for evb-rv1108 board

2c1e11dd52 rockchip: Add core Soc start-up code for rv1108 
RV1108 is embedded with an ARM Cortex-A7 single core and a DSP core
from Rockchip. It is designed for varies application scenario such
as car DVR, sports DV, secure camera and UAV camera.
