Enable SDR104 modes on M3W and H3 boards. With the SDHI fixes
in place, it is now possible to use SDR104.

The eMMC is 1V8 device only and the signaling is always 1V8,
fix the DT for Salvator-X/XS to describe the hardware correctly.
