Synchronise device tree with linux-next next-20220708.
Please note that this also means that instead of the previous "generic"
U-Boot specific carrier board agnostic device trees we are now using the
regular ones for the Colibri Evaluation (carrier) board V3 (e.g.
imx7d-colibri-eval-v3.dtb rather than the previous
imx7-colibri-rawnand.dtb and imx7d-colibri-emmc-eval-v3.dtb rather than
the previous imx7-colibri-emmc.dtb).
Please further note that the PMIC node name got changed from rn5t567@33
to pmic@33 which required adjustment in resp. board file
board/toradex/colibri_imx7/colibri_imx7.c.

This fixes the following crash when run on a Colibri iMX7S aka solo:

The i.MX 7Solo has only one single USB OTG1 but no USB host port. Trying
to initialize the nonexisting port just crashes.
While at it also drop board_usb_phy_mode() which is also no longer used
in the driver model age.

In case a customer wants to set fdtfile currently preboot overrides it
always with preboot just before the bootdelay. Use test -n to check
if fdtfile is already set and only set it if nothing got touched manually

Enable and set preboot var with fdtfile evaluation.
preboot will be checked and run immediately before starting the
CONFIG_BOOTDELAY countdown and/or running the auto-boot command resp.
entering interactive mode.
This provides possibility to use different boot cmds in interactive mode
without manual setting fdtfile value, as it it's already evaluated
before entering interactive mode.

This introduces automatic boot counter that increases after every
reset.After a power-on reset, it will be initialized with 1,
and each reboot will increment the value by 1. By default it's
disabled if bootlimit isn't set.
To enable this feature you have set bootcount limit ("bootlimit"),
alternate boot action ("altbootcmd") that will be performed if
the new value of bootcount exceeds the value of bootlimit, and
"upgrade_available" to let U-Boot automatically increase and save
the counter value after every reset:
> setenv bootlimit 5
> setenv upgrade_available 1
> setenv altbootcmd "bootm ..."
In case the bootlimit exceeds, the message will be shown and
albootcmd executed:
Warning: Bootlimit (5) exceeded. Using altbootcmd.
To reset bootcount run:
> bootcount reset

This partially reverts changes by commit 2cc393f32f
("video: make BPP and ANSI configs optional") since it
caused issues with other boards (missing LCD console
output on pinebook, x86 platform or sandbox). Enable
all disabled options again and opt out of not supported
color depth in board defconfigs.

Many boards do not use all selected framebuffer depth
configurations, for such boards there is some unused
code in video and console uclass routines. Make depth
specific code optional to avoid dead code and slightly
reduce binary size. Also make ANSI code optional for
the same reason. When i.e. using only VIDEO_BPP16 the
code size shrinks (below values when using gcc-7.3.0):
