This converts the following to Kconfig:

In practice, for two m68k platforms we move to hard-coding with a
comment the timeout values, rather than try and make convoluted Kconfig
logic. We add options for the write and erase options to the pic32
flash driver, as this driver does make use of them. Everywhere else
these are unreferenced values.

The address where the device tree will be passed in to U-Boot at is now
moved to the Kconfig file. If this is user configurable, it needs to be
exposed rather than hidden, and should probably be renamed as well.

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

Prepare migration to Kconfig.
CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS_DETECT becomes boolean and
CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS define the MAX size, also used
for detection when CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS_DETECT=y
(CFI_MAX_FLASH_BANKS = CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS).
CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS become mandatory when
CONFIG_SYS_MAX_FLASH_BANKS_DETECT is activated.

Add boot command "bootcmd_ram" to support autoboot from RAM.
This feature could be useful at the very initial state of chip design
when there is only a minimal set of peripheral. (e.g. without mmc and mac ..etc)
The kernel image is default to be loaded at 0x2000000 via debug port,
and the following script serves as an example:

This patch provides four configurations which can support U-Boot SPL
to boot from RAM or FLASH and then boot FIT image including OpenSBI
FW_DYNAMIC firmware and U-Boot proper images from RAM or MMC boot devices.
With ae350_rv[32|64]_spl_defconfigs:
U-Boot SPL will be loaded by gdb or FSBL and runs in RAM in machine mode
and then load FIT image from RAM device on AE350.
With ae350_rv[32|64]_spl_xip_defconfigs:
U-Boot SPL can be burned into SPI flash and run in flash in machine mode
and then load FIT image from SPI flash or MMC device on AE350.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

When AE350 boots from flash, use CONFIG_OF_SEPARATE instead of
CONFIG_OF_BOARD.
Also remove unused code about prior_stage_fdt_address.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

The ax25-ae350 target currently uses CONFIG_BOOTP_SERVERIP which means we
ignore the DHCP provided TFTP ip address. This breaks every case where we
do now provide a serverip environment variable.
Instead, let's use the new CONFIG_BOOT_PREFER_SERVERIP option to fall back
to the DHCP provided TFTP IP if no serverip environment variable is set.
