Reworked the LEON3 start.S code to call board_init_f function at startup.
Also implemented the relocate_code function in assembly to relocate the
monitor and setup the stack pointer before calling relocated board_init_r.
Add the CONFIG_SYS_GENERIC_BOARD variable to all the LEON3 boards.

Add an initr function in the board_r.c file for the AMBA Plug&Play
command. Add a Kconfig entry for the ambapp command and remove all
CONFIG_CMD_AMBAPP defines from the board configuration headers.
Add a Kconfig entry to display the AMBA Plug&Play information
on startup. This option is off by default. Remove relevent define
from board configuration headers.

Update the LEON2/3 serial driver to make use of the readl and writel
macros as well as the WATCHDOG_RESET() macro.
Add readl/writel and friends to the asm/io.h file.
Introduce the gd->arch.uart variable to store register address.
Lastly, remove baudrate scaler macro variables from board config. It
is now calculated in the serial driver using the global data variable.

This also selects CONFIG_NET for any CONFIG_CMD_NET board.
Remove the imx default for CONFIG_NET.
This moves the config that was defined by 60296a8 (commands: add more
command entries in Kconfig).

We really don't want boards defining fixed MAC addresses in their config
so we just remove the option to set it in a fixed way. If you must have
a MAC address that was not provisioned, then use the random MAC address
functionality.

CONFIG_LEON is already defined in
arch/sparc/cpu/{leon2,leon3}/config.mk.
Remove the redundant definition in board header files.
All leon3 boards define CONFIG_LEON3 in board header files.
Move the definition to arch/sparc/cpu/leon3/config.mk.
CONFIG_LEON2 can be move to arch/sparc/cpu/leon2/config.mk
as well.

The definitions for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT are varied with little reason other
than to display the board name. Over half the definitions are "==> ", so
make this the default. The rest of the boards remain unchanged to avoid
breaking any external scripts expecting a certain prompt.

Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value
different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here
as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior.

I don't know what exactly the code was going for, but the object code
is the same before/after my change, and in looking at the env strings,
this seems to be OK.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

The change is currently needed to be able to remove the board
configuration scripting from the top level Makefile and replace it by
a simple, table driven script.
Moving this configuration setting into the "CONFIG_*" name space is
also desirable because it is needed if we ever should move forward to
a Kconfig driven configuration system.

According to the doc/feature-removal-schedule.txt, the "autoscr"
command will be replaced by the "source" command in approximately 6
months from now.
This patch prepares this change and starts a 6 month transition
period as follows:
- The new "source" command has been added, which implements exactly
the same functionlaity as the old "autoscr" command before
- The old "autoscr" command name is kept as an alias for compatibility
- Command sequences, script files atc. have been adapted to use the
new "source" command
- Related environment variables ("autoscript", "autoscript_uname")
have *not* been adapted yet; these will be renamed resp. removed in
a separate patch when the support for the "autoscr" command get's
finally dropped.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.
