b86986c7b3 video: Rename CONFIG_DM_VIDEO to CONFIG_VIDEO
Now that all the old code is gone, rename this option. Driver model
migration is now complete.

64cfeda8ae video: Convert CONFIG_VIDEO_LOGO to Kconfig
This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_VIDEO_LOGO

Note that this option depends on CONFIG_DM_VIDEO now, since cfb_console is
deprecated. The only relevant code is now in splash.c

Drop the check for DM_VIDEO in that file.

7e5f460ec4 global: Convert simple_strtoul() with hex to hextoul()
It is a pain to have to specify the value 16 in each call. Add a new
hextoul() function and update the code to use it.

Add a proper comment to simple_strtoul() while we are here.

2ad8494c0f splash: fix build breakage with newer llvm-7
Some configurations (i.e. sandbox) result in unused
splash_display_banner() and we get build errors like:

  common/splash.c:148:20: error: unused function 'splash_display_banner' [-Werror,-Wunused-function]
  static inline void splash_display_banner(void) { }

Drop empty inline function and add guards around the call.

d2a8271c88 splash: fix splash banner output

7600d62eaf splash: fix logo drawing if CONFIG_VIDEO_LOGO enabled
After mxc_ipuv3 DM_VIDEO conversion board configs with enabled
CONFIG_VIDEO_LOGO do not show splash screen (previosly drawing
splash screen worked via cfb_console driver with CONFIG_VIDEO_LOGO
enabled). Use splash_source library for loading splash images
when CONFIG_SPLASH_SOURCE is selected, otherwise prepare built-in
video logo for drawing.

5eb83c0ac1 splash: display splash in DM_VIDEO configurations
Currently for CONFIG_DM_VIDEO=y setting splashimage env variable doesn't
have any effect. Introduce a common function for both dm-video/lcd stacks,
that checks env("splashimage") and invokes bmp_display() accordingly.

00caae6d47 env: Rename getenv/_f() to env_get()
We are now using an env_ prefix for environment functions. Rename these
two functions for consistency. Also add function comments in common.h.

Quite a few places use getenv() in a condition context, provoking a
warning from checkpatch. These are fixed up in this patch also.

b6de2cd7ee splash: Introduce default_splash_locations
This change introduces default_splash_locations which
simplifies splash recovery from the first partition of
USB/MMC/SATA drive.

Given usual mapping of the first partition of external media for
basic boot stuff like uImage/zImage, .dtb etc it looks quite
obvious option to put there splash.bmp as well.

7bf71d1f55 lcd: split splash code into its own function
lcd_logo() currently performs tasks well beyond just displaying the logo.
It has code which displays splash image, it has logic which determines
when the different display features are displayed, and it is coupled with
the lcd console because it holds the responsibility of returning the
lcd console base address.

Make lcd_logo() just about the logo by:
* Moving splash image display code into a dedicated function
* Moving the logic regarding when various features are displayed to
  lcd_clear() (which is arguably not the correct name for housing such
  code either, but it is currently the most fitting location code wise)
* Move the responsibility of setting the console base address to
  lcd_clear() too.

ff8fb56b6f video: consolidate splash screen alignment code
Code for checking "splashpos" environment variable is
duplicated in drivers, move it to the common function.
Call this function also in the bmp display command to
consider "splashpos" settings.
