Even if the HAB fuse is not set we want to be able to use the Cryptographic
Accelerator and Assurance Module (CAAM) for generating random numbers. So
SYS_FSL_HAS_SEC should be selected even if IMX_HAB is not set.
arch_misc_init() has to be called to initialize the CAAM.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

There are different parts from one SoC. Take i.MX6ULL for example,
some part might not have ENET, some might have; some might not have
USB, some might have. The information could be got from OCOTP,
to make one image support the different parts, we need runtime
disable linux kernel dts node and uboot driver probe if the
corresponding module not exists in the part.

The i.MX6DP and i.MX6QP incorporate NoC interconnect logic
which needs to be configured in order to use external DDR memory.
This patch enables the SPL to configure the necessary registers
in accordance with the NXP engineering bulletin EB828.

Add iMX6ULL VisionSOM SoM and VisionCB-RT-STD evaluation board support.
The SoM has an iMX6ULL, 512 MiB of DRAM and microSD slot. The carrier
board has Ethernet, USB host port, USB OTG port.

At present panic() is in the vsprintf.h header file. That does not seem
like an obvious choice for hang(), even though it relates to panic(). So
let's put hang() in its own header.

This patch adds support for iMX6SX MMDC into the DDR calibration
code. The only difference between MX6DQ and MX6SX is that the SX
has 2 SDQS registers, while the DQ has 8.

The %08X format returns just zeroes with tiny printf, which is
horribly confusing, especially when debugging DRAM calibration
problems. Change the format to %08x (with lowercase x), which
behaves correctly with either implementation of printf in SPL.

This fixes commit <91435cd40d30> "ARM: i.MX6: exclude the ARM errata
from i.MX6 UP system"
for nitrogen6x. The above commit removed the errata for the board
since MX6Q/MXDL/MX6S is selected via CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS
This restores the errata configs.

The NoC registers on i.MX6QP needs to be configured, otherwise some
usecases in the kernel behave incorrectly, such as rotation and resize.
Currently the NoC registers are not configured in the kernel, so
configure them in U-Boot like it is done in the NXP U-Boot tree.

Introduce disable_ipu_clock(). This is done in preparation for

CONFIG_SECURE_BOOT is too generic and forbids to use it for cross
architecture purposes. If Secure Boot is required for imx, this means to
enable and use the HAB processor in the soc.

After this commit the display5 device would use I2C driver supporting
driver model (DM_I2C).
The 'i2c' and 'eeprom' commands now use DM I2C drivers and initialize
on-bus devices according to device tree description.

Previously the SPL size on all iMX6 platforms was restricted to 68KB
because the OCRAM size on iMX6SL/DL parts is only 128KB. However, the
other iMX6 variants have 256KB of OCRAM. Add an option
CONFIG_MX6_OCRAM_256KB which allows using the full size on boards which
don't need to support the SL/DL variants. This allows for an SPL size of
196KB, which makes it much easier to use configurations such as SPL with
driver model and FDT control.

Toradex Apalis iMX6 modules are available in the iMX6D and iMX6Q
variants, which are quite similar and already managed via only one
dtb in u-boot (imx6-apalis.dtb). Select MX6Q via Kconfig by default in
order to automatically enable the HAS_CAAM and MX6_SMP features.
