mmc: mediatek: add support for MediaTek MT7891/MT7986 SoCs

Add eMMC and SDXC support for MediaTek MT7981/MT7986 SoCs
Both chips support SDXC and eMMC 4.5. MT7986A supports eMMC 5.1.
