vexpress64: support the Juno Development Platform The Juno Development Platform is a physical Versatile Express device with some differences from the emulated semihosting models. configs: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers. I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave that to maintainers. Move default y configs out of arch/board Kconfig Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate. Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs. A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Enable DISTRO_DEFAULT on platforms that missed it before A number of platforms had been using the distro default feature before it was moved to Kconfig but did not enable the new Kconfig option when it was enabled.
