vexpress64: support the Juno Development Platform The Juno Development Platform is a physical Versatile Express device with some differences from the emulated semihosting models. This is a strict migration of the current values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers. I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave that to maintainers. Move default y configs out of arch/board Kconfig Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate. Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs. A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Enable DISTRO_DEFAULT on platforms that missed it before A number of platforms had been using the distro default feature before it was moved to Kconfig but did not enable the new Kconfig option when it was enabled. Kconfig: Introduce USE_BOOTCOMMAND and migrate BOOTCOMMAND We first introduce CONFIG_USE_BOOTCOMMAND, similar to CONFIG_USE_BOOTARGS. We then migrate CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND for most CONFIG_DISTRO_DEFAULT users. In some cases platforms have a complex scheme around this usage, and these have been defered for the moment so that platform maintainers can work on a migration plan. arm: juno: enable USB The Juno board features a standard compliant EHCI/OHCI USB host controller pair, which we can just enable. The platform data is taken from the device tree. This allows to use USB mass storage (the only storage on a Juno r0) for loading. At least on my board USB seems a bit flaky, I need two "usb reset" sequences after the "usb start" to detect an USB hard drive.
