kconfig: remove meaningless prefixes in defconfig files Since commit e02ee2548afe (kconfig: switch to single .config configuration), the prefixes in defconfig files such as "+S:", "+ST:", etc., are meaningless. arm: Migrate SYS_THUMB_BUILD to Kconfig, introduce SPL_SYS_THUMB_BUILD Today, we have cases where we wish to build all of U-Boot in Thumb2 mode for various reasons. We also have cases where we only build SPL in Thumb2 mode due to size constraints and wish to build the rest of the system in ARM mode. So in this migration we introduce a new symbol as well, SPL_SYS_THUMB_BUILD to control if we build everything or just SPL (or in theory, just U-Boot) in Thumb2 mode. They're also sometimes used for things not directly inside of the serial driver. First, introduce a new symbol to guard the use of CONFIG_CONS_INDEX, so that in the case where we don't need this for the serial driver, but for some other use, we can still do it. Next, consolidate all of these into the single entry in drivers/serial/Kconfig. Finally, introduce CONS_INDEX_[023456] so that we can imply a correct value here to make the defconfig side of this smaller.
