ARM: at91: move board select menu and common settings The board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is still big. To slim down it, this commit moves AT91 boards to arch/arm/mach-at91/Kconfig. Also, consolidate "config SYS_SOC" in each board Kconfig. Convert CONFIG_SPI to Kconfig This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SPI This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update the CONFIG tests. As we don't want to pollute the defconfig files (and values should usually be identical for entire architectures), the defaults are moved into Kconfig. Kconfig will always pick the first default that matches, so please keep these values at the end of each file (to allow any board-specific Kconfig, which will be included earlier) to override with an unconditional default setting.
