rockchip: Add basic support for firefly-rk3288 The Firefly RK3288 is a suitable target board for initial mainline Rockchip support. Kconfig: Use hex values for CONFIG_{SPL,TPL}_SIZE_LIMIT CONFIG_{SPL,TPL}_SIZE_LIMIT are defined as hex (SPL_SIZE_LIMIT was converted in b51882d0 ("spl: Convert CONFIG_SPL_SIZE_LIMIT to hex"), but there are still places that reference integer values. Change those to hex as well. Also, update the Makefile to check for 0x0 instead of 0. configs: Migrate all of the existing USB symbols, except fastboot This syncs all of the currently Kconfig'd symbols out of the headers and into the defconfig files. This has two exceptions, first am335x_evm needs to be converted to DM in SPL and then it can stop undef'ing CONFIG_DM_USB. Leaving this as-is results in a build failure, and without work, run time failure. The other case is am43xx_evm.h and in turn am43xx_evm_usbhost_boot.
