Find MountInfo properly when symlink is used (#4929) 
* Find MountInfo properly when symlink is entered

According to GNU implementation the entered path is
being compared with the canonicalized device name
in MountInfo.

Remove time dependency from date 
Also upgrades humantime_to_duration to the latest version, it switched from time to chrono. Because touch still depends on time, its humantime_to_duration package version deviates from the workspace version.

b070506255 tsort: Switch to BTreeHash and BTreeSet 
Using HashMap and HashSet give a valid topological sort, but the output
will change randomly at each run.

BTree based structures will guarantee that the output is always ordered
in the same way.

This also makes the ouptut similar to the output of the C version of the
tools, on which some applications rely.

pwd: Fixes #4855 (#4937) 
Based on testing with GNU's pwd, it seems like the -P flag should
take precedence over the use of the POSIXLY_CORRECT flag.

ee4691f4a2 cp: makes --preserve requires = 
prevents --preserve to eat the next argument when no value is passed.

default value for --preserve is set to mode,ownership(unix only),timestamps

before the patch:
cp --preserve foo bar
error: invalid value 'foo' for '--preserve [<ATTR_LIST>...]'
  [possible values: mode, ownership, timestamps, context, link, links, xattr, all]

77e183955b head: use OsStringExt::from_vec instead of std::from_utf8_unchecked 
This no longer triggers the `invalid_from_utf8_unchecked` lint. It
is also a bit cleaner and no longer requires `unsafe` because
OsString is not guaranteed to be valid UTF-8.

d6562b2b5f uniq: non-UTF-8 file names and fewer copies 
uniq ought to be able to work with files whose names are not UTF-8.

I've also taken the chance to remove some unnecessary String
allocations.

Additionally, both open_input_file and open_output_file were returning
items with two implie levels of `Box<dyn ...>` that were not necessary.

In the case of stdin as input, it was not necessary to wrap stdin with a
BufReader, StdinLock implements BufRead itself.

e5b46ea3eb wc: more tests and fixes 
My previous commits meant to bring our wc's output and behavior in line
with GNU's. There should be tests that check for these changes!

I found a stupid bug in my own changes, I was not adding 1 to the
indexes produced by .enumerate() when printing errors.

36b45e2249 wc: touch up errors, quote more like GNU 
WcError should not hold Strings which are clones of `&'static str`s.
thiserror provides a convenient API to declare errors with their Display
messages.

wc quotes the --files0-from source slightly differently when reporting
errors about empty file names.

cc2f97ba0d dd: add discard_cache() funcs for Input, Output 
Add the `Input::discard_cache()` and `Output::discard_cache()`
functions. These allow discarding the filesystem cache when `dd` no
longer needs to access a specified portion of the input or output
file, respectively.

19e456fe2a touch: add support for --ref and --date together 
This commit resolves issue #4608.

To make it relatively straightforward to implement I have taken some
code from parse_date and put it inside a function parse_relative_time.

This commit changes and adds some test as well to work with the new
functionality.

5dfa9548b7 stdbuf: get profile from the end of the path 
The path is not always /target/{PROFILE}, because cross uses
/target/{TARGET_TRIPLE}/profile, so we have to get the name
in another way. StackOverflow recommended the getting the
third component from the back of the path

2f56536637 dd: fix precision for display of total time spent 
Improve the display of the total time spent transferring bytes so that
the number of seconds is displayed using the `%g` format specifier as
in `printf`. This matches the behavior of GNU `dd`.

Before this commit, the precision was always set to one digit after
the decimal point. For example,

    $ dd count=100000 if=/dev/zero of=/dev/null
    100000+0 records in
    100000+0 records out
    51200000 bytes (51 MB, 49 MiB) copied, 0.2 s, 268.1 MB/s

After this commit, the precision increases dynamically as the duration
decreases. For example,

    $ dd count=100000 if=/dev/zero of=/dev/null
    100000+0 records in
    100000+0 records out
    51200000 bytes (51 MB, 49 MiB) copied, 0.1019 s, 507 MB/s
    $ dd count=1000 if=/dev/zero of=/dev/null
    1000+0 records in
    1000+0 records out
    512000 bytes (512 kB, 500 KiB) copied, 0.002663 s, 256 MB/s
    $ dd count=10 if=/dev/zero of=/dev/null
    10+0 records in
    10+0 records out
    5120 bytes (5.1 kB, 5.0 KiB) copied, 0.000182 s, 5.1 MB/s

9cb6b4a3c0 dd: open stdin from file descriptor when possible 
Open stdin using its file descriptor so that a `dd skip=N` command in
a subshell does not consume all bytes from stdin.

For example, before this commit, multiple instances of `dd` reading
from stdin and appearing in a single command line would incorrectly
result in an empty stdin for each instance of `dd` after the first:

    $ printf "abcdef\n" | (dd bs=1 skip=3 count=0 && dd)  2> /dev/null
    # incorrectly results in no output

After this commit, the `dd skip=3` process reads three bytes from the
file descriptor referring to stdin without draining the remaining
three bytes when it terminates:

    $ printf "abcdef\n" | (dd bs=1 skip=3 count=0 && dd)  2> /dev/null
    def

b9003d19ed dd: move dd_out() function up to module level 
Move the `dd_out()` function out of the `impl Output` and up to the
module level, renaming it to `dd_copy()`. This change aligns it with
the pattern set by `std::io::copy()`, which similarly takes an input
reader and an output writer.

This does not change the behavior of `dd`, just the code organization
to make it more closely match the idioms in the Rust standard library.

abc5cfb950 coreutils: fixed panic when multi-call binary has empty or non-UTF-8 name 
The multi-call `coreutils` binary starts by trying to
convert its invocation path into a UTF-8 string, panicking
if this doesn't work.

This patch makes `coreutils` exit gracefully in this case.

34e10f9aa8 nice: Remove use of show_warning 
This is required to pass the GNU nice test suite. Failure to produce
the advisory message when unable to change the process priority must
be fatal, and without this commit our version of nice will exit, but
before the commit the exit code will be 101 (due to eprintln!
panicking), and it must be 125 to pass the test suite.

8aa9f346ef Support legacy argument syntax for nice 
This introduces an argument preprocessing step for the nice tool in
order to support the legacy nice adjustment syntax (`nice -1 foo`,
`nice --1 foo`, `nice -+1 foo` and so forth).

This is a preprocessing step because the interaction between these
arguments and the existing `nice -n -1` syntax becomes context
dependent, in a way that is currently difficult to capture through
clap.

Other changes summmary:
* Use module level imports instead of fully qualified imports where appropriate
* Fix intermittent failing test_positive_zero_bytes because of broken pipe
* Cleanup old disabled test for warning of following indefinitely
