bbb7d97fe1 add --save=<PATH> option 
This option allows user to convert a single Rust file into a cargo project with artifacts from previous run and the generated Cargo.toml

4fdc7ca414 Add release, cached, and arg flags (#10) 
`--release` compiles in release mode

`--cached` checks for an existing executable before executing

`-a, --arg` allows forward arguments to the program
