88bb77ba69 getter/setter on playbackRate 
for now playbackRate will be just a number until i can get the signal
connection of playbackRate to work across browser.

e7f9595ac8 Signal accepts units and an AudioParam 
passing in an AudioParam allows that AudioParam to be synced to the
Transport and use the unit conversions of the Signal class.
