2c1e1167a6 buffer length is inconsistent on linux.... 
might be because it’s block aligned or something. broadening the test
to deal to deal with this.

6d0565387e only schedule the stop in a valid state 
the playbackState API has been deprecated, but the bug still is
implemented in Safari.
