reduce pk3/ck3/xk3 logic, share AbilityBit property within _K3, and when
loading, type check (favored over hardcoding individual load cases)
pull some non-gui code from PKMEditor to core/etc for general data
fetching

7a5ce5aa78 Remove unmaintained portuguese side-translation
Closes #2004
no changes had been submitted since originally committed on 3/5/2015; 3y
of inactivity.

users can always place "lang_en" to replace the english translation with
their own GUI strings; not worth maintaining non-series language
support.

e7fc30ac7a Add mysterygift region/language restriction code
Closes #1317
Needs the events crew to produce serialized binaries with hash-flag data
for each generation before proceeding any further. I'm not really
interested in doing all the work for events since it doesn't impact
battle legality.

120f5380c9 Rework some more pkm generating logic
can get all the way to caterpie
- gen3/4 needs an antishiny,
- gen5 needs shiny&antishiny mech
- else case needs both as well.

505877763b Update ownership sort
gen4 and below saves don't provide an accurate Version/Game; ignore the
version check if it is not a valid game ID.

secondary sort to current OT name so that same-named OT (ignoring case)
are immediately after the current save's pkms.

102550174e Simplification
invalid/unknown usages were incorrectly interchangable; dex-sets were
looking at Unknown which was impossible for some cases.

only use GameVersion.Unknown as a temp placeholder for later resolution
by the user.

5e59e20ea1 Store matched encounter generation
previously was only defined for gen1/2, why not all gens
can now query encounters in Core for encounters per generation via
reflection; can help group encounters for data vis or be faster than
getting individual gen numbers

revisit comboitem providing, simplify some methods with fancy linq
probably faster as there's no use of dictionaries and Array.IndexOf
after sorting, as the values are kept with the text.

I think egg hatch location checking is wrong for traded eggs (see gen3
vs future games, origin game shouldn't change but could hatch ORAS egg
on XY at XY location?)

remove old XP memecrypto support handling, was previously removed due to
net standard/core split
refactor memecrypto to handle multiple save sizes (USUM won't be the
same size save file); placeholder -1 for USUM size
