Improve docs header style (#2516) 
* refactor: pattern to separate file

causes a lot of lag and also probably isn't the best to inline since we
have scss preprocessing

* fix: escape quotes properly

* feat: improve header styles

* search: Add support for a JSON index

* docs: Use lazy-loaded JSON index

* Add elasticlunr prefix to search engine format configuration

This will be useful if support for more search libraries are added in the future
