Desktop/Loader: Unload animations before loading FAPs (#3573)
* Desktop: Unload animations before FAP is loaded
* Loader: Add API to start detached (returns instantly, queues event)
* Desktop: Fix early animation unload deadlocks
* Loader: remove redundant event
* Bump api symbols
