* Clock on desktop
* Gui: gui_active_view_port_count
* Gui: move gui_active_view_port_count to private header, update docs
* Desktop: simplify desktop clock code
* Desktop: refactor clock
* Desktop: optimize clock code
* Desktop: 3rd cleanup round
