* Debug: update PyCortexDebug to latest and refactor.
* Debug: format sources. Dockerfile: add missing dependency. Make: switch to gdb-py.
* Debug: port PyCortexMDebug to python2
* Docker: add missing debug dependencies
* Debug: cleanup local include in svd_gdb.py
