Stefan Roese 98036b0d70 mips: octeon: Misc changes to existing headers for upcoming eth support
This patch includes misc changes to already present Octeon MIPS header
files, which are necessary for the upcoming ethernet support.

The changes are mostly:
- DM GPIO & I2C infrastructure
- Coding style cleanup while reworking the headers
