Neil Armstrong 30b9a28a3f mtd: spi-nor-ids: Add Gigadevice gd25lq128 ID 
This adds support for the Gigadevice gd25lq128 ID needed on the
upcoming libretech-ac board.

SPI_NOR_QUAD_READ is not set since it has not been tested in Quad
mode.
