Pankit Garg 9bd5fe7027 drivers: ifc: dynamic chipselect mapping support
IFC driver changes to implement the chipselect mappings at run time.

Defines init_early_memctl_regs and init_final_memctl_regs with
chipselect dynamic mapping for nor and nand boot.
