Albert ARIBAUD 3562936373 Revive OpenRD targets
Revert commit 7a2c1b13 which dropped OpenRD boards.
Assume maintainership of OpenRD.
Remove OpenRD from scrapyard.
Switch OpenRD to generic board.
Switch to Thumb build.
