Stefan Roese 1fb7e27a04 mips: octeon: Misc changes to existing C files for upcoming eth support
This patch includes misc changes to already present Octeon MIPS C files
files, which are necessary for the upcoming ethernet support.

The changes are mostly:
- DM GPIO & I2C infrastructure
- Coding style cleanup while reworking of the code
