Purna Chandra Mandal c76eb72c43 board: add SDHCI support for PIC32MZDASK board. 
Enable MMC, SDHCI, FAT_FS support for PIC32MZ[DA] StarterKit.
Also add custom scripts, rules to boot Linux from microSD card.
