Mike Frysinger 5794619e29 serial: punt unused serial_addr() 
Only one file apparently defines this function, and it merely stubs
it out. So if no one is defining/calling it, punt it.

This port of U-Boot is tuned to run on a range of Barco Control Rooms
Streaming Video Solutions, including:

   - Streaming Video Card (SVC)
   - Sample Compress Network (SCN)
