Tony Dinh 6e73bb7e40 arm: kirkwood: Marvell Sheevaplug: Use Ethernet PHY name and address from device tree 
- In DM Ethernet, the old "egiga0" name is no longer valid, so replace it
with Ethernet PHY name from device tree. Also, Ethernet PHY address
is available so read it from device tree.
