Alexander Graf 8434f03576 sunxi: Depend SPL configs on SUPPORT_SPL ... We currently depend SPL config options on specific machine types which doesn't scale. Fortunately there's already a kconfig variable that tells us whether we want to build SPL code at all, so just depend them on this.
