Marek Behún ffb0f6f488 treewide: Rename PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NONE to PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NA
Rename constant PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NONE to PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NA to make
it compatible with Linux' naming.
