Vipul Kumar 5dc5a53c5e mmc: Added Kconfig support for CONFIG_ZYNQ_SDHCI_MAX_FREQ 
This patch added Kconfig support for CONFIG_ZYNQ_SDHCI_MAX_FREQ
and enabled it in respective defconfig.
