Tony Dinh 5c73428f4a arm: kirkwood: Use CONFIG_SYS_NS16550 with DM_SERIAL for Kirkwood boards 
CONFIG_SYS_NS16550 is required when DM_SERIAL is enabled for
Kirkwood boards.
