Markus Niebel 468fb1e4df arm: imx6: tqma6: add support for TQMa6DL variant
This adds support for TQMa6DL using i.MX6DL and 1GiB DRAM
Since The module will use the same devicetree, we patch
the ram size in ft_board_setup.
