This unit test checks the following protocol services: InstallProtocolInterface, UninstallProtocolInterface, InstallMultipleProtocolsInterfaces, UninstallMultipleProtocolsInterfaces, HandleProtocol, ProtocolsPerHandle, LocateHandle, LocateHandleBuffer. As UninstallProtocolInterface and UninstallMultipleProtocolsInterfaces are not completely implemented a TODO message will shown for their failure.
