Simon Glass 90526e9fba common: Drop net.h from common header
Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in
quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion.

Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be
split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming,
etc.

 - 10/100 Ethernet (Internal PHY)
 - 1 x USB 3.0 Host
 - 1 x USB Type-C DRD
 - 1 x FTDI USB Serial Debug Interface
 - eMMC
 - SDcard
 - Infrared receiver
 - SDIO WiFi Module

u-boot compilation
==================

 > export ARCH=arm
 > export CROSS_COMPILE=aarch64-none-elf-
 > make sei610_defconfig
 > make

Image creation
==============

Amlogic doesn't provide sources for the firmware and for tools needed
to create the bootloader image, so it is necessary to obtain them from
the git tree published by the board vendor:

 > wget https://releases.linaro.org/archive/13.11/components/toolchain/binaries/gcc-linaro-aarch64-none-elf-4.8-2013.11_linux.tar.xz
 > wget https://releases.linaro.org/archive/13.11/components/toolchain/binaries/gcc-linaro-arm-none-eabi-4.8-2013.11_linux.tar.xz
 > tar xvfJ gcc-linaro-aarch64-none-elf-4.8-2013.11_linux.tar.xz
 > tar xvfJ gcc-linaro-arm-none-eabi-4.8-2013.11_linux.tar.xz
 > export PATH=$PWD/gcc-linaro-aarch64-none-elf-4.8-2013.11_linux/bin:$PWD/gcc-linaro-arm-none-eabi-4.8-2013.11_linux/bin:$PATH
 > git clone https://github.com/BayLibre/u-boot.git -b buildroot-openlinux-4.9-g12a-201904 amlogic-u-boot
 > cd amlogic-u-boot
 > make sm1_ac200_v1_defconfig
 > make
 > export UBOOTDIR=$PWD

Download the latest Amlogic Buildroot package, and extract it :
 > wget http://openlinux2.amlogic.com:8000/ARM/filesystem/buildroot-openlinux-A113-201901.tgz
 > tar xfz buildroot-openlinux-A113-201901.tgz buildroot-openlinux-A113-201901/bootloader
 > export BRDIR=$PWD/buildroot-openlinux-A113-201901
 > export FIPDIR=$BRDIR/bootloader/uboot-repo/fip

Go back to mainline U-Boot source tree then :
 > mkdir fip

 > wget https://github.com/BayLibre/u-boot/releases/download/v2017.11-libretech-cc/blx_fix_g12a.sh -O fip/blx_fix.sh

and then write the image to SD with:

 > DEV=/dev/your_sd_device
 > dd if=fip/u-boot.bin.sd.bin of=$DEV conv=fsync,notrunc bs=512 skip=1 seek=1
 > dd if=fip/u-boot.bin.sd.bin of=$DEV conv=fsync,notrunc bs=1 count=444
