Sync the Armada-38x device tree files with Linux 4.20-rc5. The changes not taken are new compatible strings for the uart and nand flash controller. The nand binding is best updated if/when the mtd/nand infrastructure is updated. * The main difference with the Armada 385 is that the 388 can handle two more
* SATA ports. So we can reuse the dtsi of the Armada 385, override the pinctrl
* property and the name of the SoC, and add the second SATA host which control
* the 2 other ports.
