Heinrich Schuchardt 0aa2da788b efi_selftest: unit test for EFI_SIMPLE_TEXT_INPUT_PROTOCOL
Provide a unit test for the EFI_SIMPLE_TEXT_INPUT_PROTOCOL.

The unicode character and the scan code are printed for text
input.

To run the test:

	setenv efi_selftest text input
	bootefi selftest
