This adds an extra, optional environmental variable called 'optargs' which if enabled allow additional parameters to be passed to the kernel (ie, quiet, cma=128M, etc.) Each script that setups the bootargs will just append this. Signed-off-by: Adam Ford <aford173@gmail.com>
