Masahiro Yamada 37d82beb57 ARM: tegra: move Tegra specific code under arch/arm/ 
This patch moves Tegra specific directory entries
from the toplevel Makefile and spl/Makefile
to arch/arm/cpu/*/Makefile using Kbuild descending feature.
