Bin Meng 25d0fe743d cpu: sandbox: Add "u-boot, dm-pre-reloc" for all cpu nodes 
To support CONFIG_DISPLAY_CPUINFO, add "u-boot,dm-pre-reloc" for
all cpu nodes in Sandbox test.dts.
