Vikas Manocha 239ae4a912 dm: avoid dropping pin control DT properties in case of SPL_PINCTRL ... This patch replaces SPL_PINCTRL_FULL with SPL_PINCNTRL. It is to avoid removal of pin control properties in case of SPL_PINCTRL. No impact in case of SPL_PINCTRL_FULL as it depends on SPL_PINCTRL.
