Hou Zhiqiang 20eae4c810 kconfig: add dependency PCIE_LAYERSCAPE_GEN4 for FSL_PCIE_COMPAT 
The LX2160A PCIe is using driver PCIE_LAYERSCAPE_GEN4 instead
of PCIE_LAYERSCAPE.
