Prabhakar Kushwaha f153b682b3 powerpc/mpc85xx:IFC Errata A003399 is not valid for BSC913x 
As per Errata list of BSC9131 and BSC9132, IFC Errata A003399 is no more
valid. So donot compile its workaround.
