This imports some defines for esr and spsr from Linux v5.16. I have
modified the includes and fixed some indentation nits but otherwise it
is the same. There are a lot more defines than we need, but it doesn't
hurt.

This register holds "pstate" which includes (among other things) the
instruction mode the CPU was in when the exception was taken. This is
necessary to correctly interpret instructions at elr.

To avoid passing around an extra register everywhere, save esr in
pt_regs like the rest. For proper alignment we need to have a second
(unused) register. All the printfs have to be adjusted, since
it's now an unsigned long and not an int.

When a crash occurs in thumb mode the crash dump is incorrect. This is due
to the usage of a non-existing configuration variable CONFIG_ARM_THUMB in
the definition of macro thumb_mode(regs).
Use CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(SYS_THUMB_BUILD) to detect that the code has been
compiled for thumb mode. Remove ARM_THUMB from config_whitelist.txt.
With the patch crash dumps indicate thumb mode correctly.
On a system with thumb mode:

In order to be able to use the various mode constants (far more
readable than random hex values), add the missing HYP and A
values.
Also update arm/lib/interrupts.c to display HYP instead of an
unknown value.

Linux Kernel abolished include/linux/config.h long time ago.

We don't need to provide Linux copatibility any more.
This commit deletes include/linux/config.h
and fixes source files not to include this.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
