A388 Clearfog MMC is either SD Card or eMMC with different behaviour for
both. Setting the device to non-removable in the u-boot.dtsi allows both
to correctly detect the device.

Replace it by including of mvebu-u-boot.dtsi file. When board does not use
-u-boot.dtsi then mvebu-u-boot.dtsi is included automatically by makefile
scripts/Makefile.lib.
