af288cb291 arm64: Layerscape: Survive LPI one-way reset workaround 
The workaround of LPI one-way reset issue is broken by the series:
https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/uboot/list/?series=192398

This patch is to add DT node for GIC RD tables and create corresponding
reserved-memory node in kernel DT to fix it.

3ffe090d4e arm: dts: ls1028a: fix interrupt properties 
Sync the interrupt properties with the ones from Linux. Also use the
constants provided by the dt-bindings header. Please note, that there
are actual changes/fixes in the irq flags. U-Boot won't use the
interrupt properties anyway. It's just to be consistent with the Linux
device tree.

062d8148f8 arm: ls1028a: define the integrated PCI bus (ECAM) 
LS1028A includes an integrated PCI bus with 11 PCI functions residing on
bus 0.  ECAM plus the device register space takes up 256MB of address
space.
